In April 2007 Premier Electrical completed a full electrical refurbishment of the reception and the 2nd, 4th & 5th floors at Lee House.
Including the following:

To strip out the existing:
a) Data installation
b) Perimeter trunking and power
c) Lighting installation
d) Security alarm
e) Door entry system to the main front door

 The provision and installation of:
a) New TP&N distribution boards and sub main XLPE/SWA/LSF cables to
the new suites
b) New 3 phase metering for each individual suite
c) Fire alarm installation works
d) Mechanical services wiring
e) New Iguzzini lighting design and installation
f) Small power
g) Underfloor electrak
